Dr. Eric Pearl ran a chiropractic practice in LA before discovering Reconnective Healing. One day, in 1993, his patients began reporting significant health improvements from what appeared to be energy emanating from his hands, without touching. Intrigued, he decided to research and study this phenomenon, and consciously use it in his practice – and the rest, as they say – is history. Jillian Fleer is the Head of Insight and Development. In collaboration with Dr. Pearl, Jillian oversees the direction and vision for The Reconnection and Reconnective Healing’s global community. She leads The Reconnection’s internal team and is co-instructor with Eric for online and worldwide live programs, global partnerships, training programs, content development, program execution and business strategy.
